SHIPPING POLICY

Each product you see in the store is made on demand, once you place the order, it’s made specially for you. Please allow us 2-4 days to ship your order (excluding Saturday - Sunday and festive holidays) from the date of receiving your order confirmation email.

once your order will be dispatched, You will receive another email with tracking details . After dispatch, please allow at least 2-7 days for delivery. The delivery time may vary depending on the area pin-code.

We're doing our best to get your orders out on time, but during these pandemic times, delays can happen. We work with production partners and shipping carriers who are facing industry-wide disruptions because of the impacts of Covid-19.

If your order status still shows unfulfilled after 4 days or if you don’t receive tracking email, mail us at official.xetera@gmail.com and we will help you out.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE

We do not accept returns or exchange. Please be sure of the size, fit, material, color before ordering (please read product description for all details). Once you order anything, the only option will be an exchange.

 

DAMAGED ITEMS

If you have received a damaged product, we apologize. We are more than willing to help you out. Please click pictures and a video of the product and email to official.xetera@gmail.com . We will issue an exchange for your order.

 

REFUNDS

Refund requests are not accepted in any manner. If you find any problem with your order, we will completely solve it, do contact us

 

ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders once placed cannot be canceled. If you have ordered the wrong size product by mistake, you can simply email us at official.xetera@gmail.com .in to change it to the preferred size within 1 hour of placing your order and we will happily update it.
